LearnDash Group Registration

LearnDash Group Registration is a feature that allows for the effortless handling of student enrollment in groups, assignment of Group Leaders, management of course subscriptions, and viewing of student progress reports per course. This feature is part of the comprehensive Group Registration plugin for LearnDash, which simplifies the process of managing groups and their enrollments.

To use Group Registration, ensure that the LearnDash LMS plugin is installed and activated, and that your site meets the prerequisites. Additionally, install and activate WooCommerce and the LearnDash WooCommerce integration if you plan to sell group access.

Group Leaders can manage their groups and assign redemption keys to users they invite to join a group. Setting up a registration page for new users to register and redeem their keys is important so that Group Leaders can direct users to the correct place.

Group Codes can be enabled from the Group Registration Settings under the Group Code tab, allowing for quick and easy enrollments of students into groups without the hassle of creating large CSV files for upload every time new users need to be enrolled in bulk.

The Group Code Tab allows Group Leaders to create Group Codes for specific groups. These codes can be shared with users who can self-register using the Group Registration form. The Group Code can have settings for validation rules, such as IP Address and Domain Name restrictions, and can be activated or deactivated at any time.

When creating a new Woo product for group registration, you can add courses to the product using the LearnDash Courses option. If you want users to be able to purchase multiple copies of a single course, set the product type as Simple Product and check the Enable Group Registration option.

The Group Registration plugin automatically creates a page named Group Dashboard, which can be accessed by administrators and Group Leaders to view and manage groups and their enrolled users
