How to Import Elementor Template Kits
If you’ve downloaded an Elementor Template Kit from us and want to import it into your WordPress site, follow these simple steps:
1. Install the “Template Kit Import” Plugin
First, you need the official Template Kit Import plugin.
Install it directly from your WordPress dashboard:
- Go to Plugins > Add New.
- Search for Envato Template Kit Import plugin or click here to download it.
- Install and activate the plugin.
2. Open Template Kit Import Tool
After activating the plugin:
- Navigate to Tools > Template Kit in your WordPress admin menu.
3. Upload Your Template Kit
Click Upload Template Kit ZIP File.
Select the .zip file you downloaded from digi-emporium.
Wait a few seconds while the plugin processes the file.
4. Check for Plugin Requirements
After uploading, look in the top-right corner of the screen.
If the kit requires additional plugins (like Elementor Pro or other addons), install and activate them before proceeding.
5. Import Pages and Templates
You will see a list of all available pages and templates (Homepage, About, Contact, Headers, Footers, etc.).
Click Import Template on any item you want to add to your site.
You can choose to import the entire kit or select individual templates depending on your needs.
6. Import Global Kit Styles (Highly Recommended)
Most Template Kits include Global Kit Styles.
These styles ensure consistent colors, typography, and spacing across all imported pages.
Always import the Global Kit Styles first to maintain the design consistency intended by the template creator.
