Initially developed in 2024 to guarantee a perfect workflow for the LCweb shop, this plugin contains all the LCweb expertise in managing thousands of customers since 2012!
Seamless integration on any website

The plugin operates directly in the WooCommerce order page and using WooCommerce elements: in most cases you won’t even have to worry about the styling part.

Also for the setup, the only required step is to define your refund reasons.
No need to insert modules or shortcodes. A real plug & play module saving you time!

Customers can ask for a partial or full refund directly in the order page, selecting the request subject and the involved items.
Chat-like interface

Requests are managed and displayed as a real chat between customers and shop managers, giving your shop a real premium and professional look.

It’s also ready for teams: in case you have multiple managers, is indeed possible to display the reply author’s nicename. Always know who and when posted an answer.
Truly safe file attachments

Shops selling physical goods often needs a proof of faulty product conditions or specific documents in order to process refunds.

LC Refunds Requests brings a fully customizable files attachment engine, usable by admins and/or by customers. Choose which file types to allow, the files number and size. Maybe require the file to open a request?

Set it up according to your needs and never worry about sensitive data: uploaded files can only be accessed after strict security checks!
E-mail Notifications

While totally optional, a true professional shop cannot miss this feature: inform customers and managers about refund requests status.

Is possible to inform admins about new refund requests or customer replies or also notify the customer whenever its request has been answered!

Each e-mail is fully customizable with special text placeholders and a true e-mail test.
Painless management

A dedicated admin page lists the requests, allowing a quick overview over them. Reaching the order page will be possible to leave a simple reply or also approve/refuse the request.

Upon approval, the plugin will automatically fill the WooCommerce refund form: only takes a click to complete the process!

Never miss a pending request: unobtrusive warnings will be shown in both WordPress admin menu and topbar. And obviously through the e-mail notification!

Decide which products can be refunded and the refund conditions:

order’s maximum age
discard discounted products
discard subscription renewals (require WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin)

The fine tune is up to you: globally or for every single product!
