Newsletter – Instasend
This new addon, available from the Addons Manager, is very useful for those who want to send a quick update to their subscribers.
Instasend allows to create a draft of your newsletter straight from the poste page: when you draft or publish the post, you will also find a quick draft of the newsletter, ready to be finalized and sent. Let’s see how it works!

Create a template
First of all you need to create a template that will be used as structure for your newsletter (Newsletters – Instasend – Template): it is possible to choose header, footer, and eventual colors and fonts, but the most important step id adding the Instasend block.
This block will allow you to create newsletters that update your subscribers on the latest post.
You can decide wether to show the post featured image, the full article in the or just an excerpt, and if you want to keep post content images.
Create the newsletter from one of your posts
Next, you’ll need to create a post, or even edit an old one. Once finished, save and look for the Instasend box at the bottom of the right sidebar. Click on “Create a Newsletter” and you’ll get a newsletter characterized by the previously chosen template and the selected post instead of the Instasend block.
You can now see a preview of your instant newsletter and edit it. If you click on the “Edit” button, you will be automatically redirected to the Newsletter drag and drop composer to finalize your edits and send the post to your subscribers.
Now the work is pretty much done! At this point you just have to click on “Create” and the newsletter is ready to go.
