Gravity Forms integration allows you to create and map multiple forms for your ticketing system, which is not possible by default.
How does it work?
Create forms in the Gravity Forms as per your needs and place them on the frontend pages.
Add mapping of each form field with SupportCandy fields for every Gravity Form you wish to integrate.
Customers fill out and submit the form.
A new ticket is created and field values are taken as per mapping in the integration settings.
